Richard Goodheart was born and raised in Huntington Beach and now lives just 20 minutes away in Costa Mesa. From there, he serves Southern California as a real estate professional.

After 25+ years as an art director and graphic artist in the fashion and music industries, Richard decided to take more time for his family and focus on his true passion- Real Estate. He says, “After the Pandemic, I decided to take time away from a 9-to-5 job and be more available for my wife and five kids.”

Richard’s years of experience as a creative collaborator serve him well as a real estate professional. Creative work involves engaging several stakeholders and building agreements — as Richard puts it, “the ability to sell ideas, gain trust, and connect with all types of different people of different backgrounds.” With that skill set and attention to detail, he’s able to enhance his client's real estate experience.

An additional perk for buyers and sellers alike is Rich’s eye for design. He enjoys envisioning renovations, landscaping, and interior design to create unique living spaces. When he’s not working, he enjoys time with his family, traveling, making art, and surfing as much as he can.
